First Date

I sympathize with the TPP protagonist because I, too, have progressed through a surprising number of stages of life despite spending entire days stuck against simple obstacles.

I found a ninja sword, so I put my mercenary barbarian away for a bit and started a ninja build. Working on stealth, pick pocketing, and even an assassination or two has been a really fun change of pace.

Late to the party, so sorry if this isn't a revelation to anyone else. I love how great of a roleplaying system this game is. And maybe it's just that I don't have the same kind of free time anymore, but the sheer size of the game makes it easier to resist the temptation to do it all with one character. Every time I play for a bit, I find a few more things that inspire a completely different way of playing. If I had the free time, I bet I'd have a good 10 unique character styles going at a time. When I started I thought it was getting close to the kind of game I want. Now I think it might already be.

Slippery Slope

Sure, taking a few seconds to be respectful toward someone about something they care about doesn't sound hard. But if you talk to hundreds of people every day and they all start expecting that same consideration, it could potentially add up to MINUTES wasted. And for WHAT?

I don't like hitting recent posts and seeing 1-2 left fielder comics as the only new posts.

I like the idea but it's not doing it for me right now.

Just throwing this out there.

I know there are a lot of people that navigate the site based on most recent posts and the bot seems to outpost us about 5 to 1 and it's kind of dominating the recent post list. Also, it doesn't seem like it's generating as much extra activity as it did when you first turned it on.

I don't want to knock the bot, but maybe this tool is too much for how small we are right now? Don't change it on just my suggestion. It's not bothering me personally.

Standing

At first I was making fun of them, but joke's on me--the deer is surprisingly ergonomic, except for the kicks.
