Retrode is a piece of hardware that reads SNES and Sega cartridges and transmits them you your PC via USB. Sounds like you'd still need to use an emulator, so I'm not sure why you'd use this over ROMs. It's still pretty awesome though.

So you can use your awesome, stored cartridges!
LOL @ Pam... if I had $20 for every time someone used that word with me... well....

I'd probably have like $60

Yeah, I still may buy one of those new off brand NES things to play my old games, even though I have my NES controller rigged to run on my computer. I get it.

Both my brother and lanky have one of those new-fangled mini Mega Drive (Genesis) things.  You can run cartridges.  We had a retro gaming night two weeks ago and played Sonic 3!
